Intermediate Computer Classes for Adults

The Library! at Hillcrest will offers free intermediate computer classes. The next series of classes will begin in early 2010 - schedule will be announce soon.

Each class will focus on a different topic (see below) and assumes you possess basic computer knowledge. These classes are designed to provide a brief introduction to the basics of each topic.

Computers will not be available during the class; however an overview of each session will be made available on the Boise Public Library website.

Email Basics for Adults

This is a series of one-hour classes in which you will get set up with a free, web-based email account and learn basic and intermediate email skills such as composing new messages and attaching files.

This is a series of hands-on classes designed for people new to computers. It focuses on basic computer functions and terminology, using the mouse, and getting around in the Windows environment.
