Need multiple copies of titles for your book club? 

The Boise Public Library provides book sets to book clubs. Multiple copies of selected titles can be checked out as a set.

Browse the Books Available

• Browse a list by author or a list by titles to see how many copies we have of a particular title.
• Only titles on the list are available for check out as sets. Ordinary circulating books in the catalog cannot be checked out as multiple copies.
• The list is updated weekly as more books arrive.

Extended Checkout Period

• Checkout time is six weeks--two weeks longer than regular checkout.
• Due to high demand titles may not be renewed at the end of the six weeks.
• Regular fines may apply if the books are not returned on time.

Convenient Pick-up and Return

• All of the books are checked out on the responsible individual's library card.
• The card must be from a consortium library.
• Books may be picked up at any consortium library .
• Books may be returned as a set or by individual members to the most convenient consortium library location.

How to Reserve a Title for Your Book Club

1. Fill out the request form or e-mail bookclubs@cityofboise.org. Please send in your requests at least two weeks before your desired pick-up date.

    

2. Pick up all copies at once at the checkout counter at the location you specified.
   • Keep the books for six weeks
   • Return copies to the most convenient consortium library location
