Returning Library Materials
You may return most library materials to any of the three
Boise Public Library locations. In addition, you may return
materials to any of these libraries:
Choose the location that is convenient
for you.
Exceptions:
- Kidpacks must be returned only to Youth Services in
the Main Library downtown
at 715 S Capitol Boulevard.
- Interlibrary loans must be returned to the
library handling the request.
Book Drops and Audio-Visual Drops
Main Library downtown:
- Book drops are inside the main entrance
and in the parking lot. When book drops are full,
please go to another book drop or hand your books to a
staff member. Leaving books on top of a book drop is
not recommended.
- Audio-visual materials should be
returned to audio-visual drops located in the lobby, at
Entertainment Express, or, if the library is closed, the
drop located at the main entrance next to the newspaper
vendors.
Library! at Collister, Library! at Hillcrest or Bookmobile:
- Items may be returned to the book drops
at these locations.
- Please hand audio-visual materials
to a staff member.
