The map below shows the planning regions used in developing the branch library proposal.  Population numbers are projected through 2025, and include the Boise impact areas. The proposal that is being submitted for public input would result in the following library service profile:

• Region 1: Boise's Central Bench area - neighborhood branch library - 7,500 square feet (SF)
• Region 2: East Boise - community branch library - 15,000 SF
• Region 3:  Northwest Boise - neighborhood library - 7,500 SF
• Region 4:  West Boise - community library - 15,000 SF
• Region 5:  Southwest Boise - served by Ada Community Library
