Fit and Fall Proof Fitness Classes Presented by Central District Health Department Come join us at the Collister Library for a FREE Fit and Fall Proof program (FFP)! The program focuses on functional fitness, improving your ability to do everyday tasks. Muscle strength and flexibility play a primary role in balance and maintaining physical activity. Strengthening your muscles will make it easier to do the things you want to do—lift a grandchild for a hug, get out of a chair with ease, or climb stairs without puffing. Classes resume July 13. Questions? Call the library at 562-4995.
Sign up for one-on-one instruction! Volunteer technology coaches at the Library! at Collister provide free one-on-one computer

working with email, the Internet, and Microsoft Office products, like Word or Excel. For more information or to sign up, call 562-4995. Other Collister Programs |
