Charlie Williams the Noiseguy

Sound Waves

A shower of splashy stories and slobbery sounds!

Charlie Williams is the Noiseguy, a vocal sound impressionist who can imitate bubbles and flushes, splashes and slushes. See drippy stories come to life out of his toy box, learn to make water drips and drops, and participate in this noisy nonsense!

Fit and Fall Proof Fitness Classes

Presented by Central District Health Department

Come join us at the Collister Library for a FREE Fit and Fall Proof program (FFP)! The program focuses on functional fitness, improving your ability to do everyday tasks. Muscle strength and flexibility play a primary role in balance and maintaining physical activity. Strengthening your muscles will make it easier to do the things you want to do—lift a grandchild for a hug, get out of a chair with ease, or climb stairs without puffing.

Classes resume July 13.

Questions? Call the library at 562-4995.

Technology Coaching

Sign up for one-on-one instruction!

Volunteer technology coaches at the Library! at Collister provide free one-on-one computer help. Sessions last one hour, and coaches can help you with a variety of computer tasks and questions, including working with email, the Internet, and Microsoft Office products, like Word or Excel.

Please note that all sessions must take place in person at the Collister branch. Technology coaches are not able to troubleshoot hardware problems or complex software issues like system settings or application installations, and cannot address technology questions over the telephone.
