Fit and Fall Proof Fitness Classes

Presented by Central District Health Department

Come join us at the Collister Library for a FREE Fit and Fall Proof program (FFP)! The program focuses on functional fitness, improving your ability to do everyday tasks. Muscle strength and flexibility play a primary role in balance and maintaining physical activity. Strengthening your muscles will make it easier to do the things you want to do—lift a grandchild for a hug, get out of a chair with ease, or climb stairs without puffing.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:15 a.m.–10:00 a.m. January 12 through March 18.

Questions? Call the library at 562-4995.
