Adult Summer Reading - 2008

Do you have fond memories of summer reading as a child?  Now you can read for fun and prizes as an adult.  Read and enter to win as often as you like!  Drawings and prizes from local businesses awarded weekly.

How It Works - Adult Program Rules

  • You must be a Boise resident, age 18 or older, with a public library card.
  • Keep track of books you read between June 1 - July 31. 
  • Complete and submit an entry form every time you read two books. 
  • Enter the drawing for Adult Summer Reading Prizes as often as you qualify!
  • Forms are available at any Library service desk OR submit your form online.

NOTE: Boise Public Library staff are not eligible to participate.

What Counts as a Book?

  • Any book, whether is it borrowed from the Library or not.
  • An audio book counts as one book.
  • A book you read to a pre-reader.
  • My Antonia, the Big Read book selection, counts as two books, list it twice.
