Boise Public Library’s 2008 Teen Summer Reading

Read for fun and prizes!
For every two hours
you read during June and July,
you'll qualify to enter Summer Reading
prize drawings.

Enter as often as you want!

PRIZES:

Books, pizzas, food coupons, Boise Hawks Baseball tickets, rodeo tickets, Gift Certificates, and more!

STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• Read or listen to any book, magazine, etc., and keep track of your time. After reading for 2 hours, fill out this form and click “Submit.” You will receive an automatic response saying your entry has been successfully submitted.
• You'll receive a prize for each of your first three entries. Just PRINT your library email response after each of your first three submissions, and bring it to the main desk in the Youth Services Department to claim your prizes.
• You may enter as often as you like. All entries (including 4th, 5th, etc.) will be entered in the drawings for gift certificates and towards the grand prize.
• If you would rather not enter online.........print off an entry form and bonus levels form and bring them to any Boise Public Library site.

RULES:

Only books you read between June 1 and July 31 count.

This program is open to readers 12-17 years old.

You must be a Boise City resident with a public library card.

You will receive prizes for the first three levels only. Additional entries will go towards the drawings.

Prizes must be picked up before August 15, 2008. Entries received after July 31 will not be eligible for prize drawings, including the grand prize
