This summer, we are challenging you to
Express Yourself with our completely different summer reading program!

Three ways you can participate:
 
1. Complete any 8 challenges and then submit your first entry.
   ~fill in your completion date in the box beside each challenge…no need to do them in order.
   ~fill in your contact information below.
   ~choose which prize drawing you want to be entered in.
2. Complete the other 8 challenges and then submit your second entry following the steps above.
3. Complete all 16 challenges at once and submit your entry following the steps above.
    
The Fine Print:

~Upon completion of your first 8 challenges, we will email you a response for you to print and bring to the library so you can receive prizes for participating, which include a free book!
~When you have finished all 16 challenges, you will receive an extra entry into the prize drawing you indicate below.
~When you have finished all 16 challenges once, you will have finished the program.
~Each person is eligible for a maximum of 2 prize drawing entries.
