Meeting Rooms
To reserve a meeting room, please contact the appropriate library location. Room reservations are considered final only upon the Library's receipt of a completed meeting room form and payment of any applicable fee. Set-up, take-down and clean-up are the responsibility of the room user. Your reservation should include time for those activities.
Note that cancellations received with less than two working days notice will be assessed a cancellation fee. For more information about meeting room reservations, please see the Library's Meeting Rooms policies.
