Curbside Hold Pickup
10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. -2 p.m. Saturday at all locations

Computer Access Appointments
Limited computer access is available by appointment at the following locations: 

  • Main Library from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday
  • Library! at Cole & Ustick from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday to Saturday
  • Library! at Hillcrest from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday to Saturday

In-person Services Coming September 28!

There will be several changes to hours and services starting later this month to accommodate in-person service opportunities. 

Guidelines for In-person Services

  1. Face coverings are required.
  2. Maintain a 6-foot distance between you and others during your visit.
  3. Please keep browsing to 20 minutes or less (computer use to 45 minutes). With limited capacity, keeping your visit brief allows more people to access services.

Browsing and Computer Walk-in Hours

A limited number of customers will be allowed inside during the following hours:

  • Main Library from 2 p.m.-6 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 am.-2 p.m. on Saturday
  • Neighborhood Branches from 4 p.m.-6 p.m. Monday to Friday

Computer Appointments
There will be a limited number of computer appointments available during computer walk-in hours (see above). Additionally, computer appointments will be available during the following hours at certain neighborhood branch locations:

  • Library! at Cole & Ustick from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday
  • Library! at Hillcrest from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday

Curbside Hold Pickup
Curbside hold pickup will continue to be available from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday at all locations.

Services Not Available

  • Tree City Books in the Main Library is closed until further notice.
  • Donations are not accepted at this time.
  • No physical magazines or newspapers will be available.
  • Meeting rooms and study rooms are not available as walk-in or by reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions

I returned my book in the book drop a few days ago, but now I got an overdue notice. Why?
We are currently putting all materials into a 5+ day quarantine when they are returned to the Library. Thus, you will notice a delay in items being checked back in to the system once returned. However, this should not impact your ability to place new holds.

Can I book a meeting room for my group?
We are not currently accepting any reservations for meeting rooms.

How long will it take for my hold to be ready for curbside pickup?
The time it takes for your hold to be ready can vary from item to item. We appreciate your patience as we work through a large quantity curbside hold requests to get materials out to our community!
