Boise Comic Arts Festival 2021 Schedule

JUMP Outdoor Park: The Climber 

CANCELLED 2:00 p.m. Learning the Ways of the Force:  An Interactive Show/Padawan Training.  The Jedi of Ossus Temple are seeking Younglings (ages 5-12) and parents, who are strong in the Force! Train with the Masters to defend the Galaxy!

JUMP Outdoor Park 

10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Creators & Exhibitors & Vendors – Oh My! Over 20 creators, vendors and exhibitors are slated to appear all around the JUMP outdoor park, along with The Friends of the Boise Public Library booksale, the 501st Legion, and LEGOs. This is a great opportunity to meet comic creators and purchase original artwork and comics!

The Friends of Boise Public Library book sale. Look for the Friends of the Boise Public Library tent near the JUMP Lobby. They’ll be selling comics, posters, graphic novels, and games; many prepackaged for your safety and convenience. Pick up your preordered BCAF21 tee shirt here, too! Since 1970, The Friends have raised more than $3 million for the Boise Library facilities, programs, staff education, and services. The Friends have provided support for the Summer Reading program, Dinner and a Book, Boise Comic Arts Festival, and more.

LEGO® Extravaganza. Join the Idaho LEGO® Users Group for a display of talent, patience, and precision engineering. LEGO creations from around the Treasure Valley will be exhibited. Founded in 2014 by Greg Fastabend, the Idaho LEGO® Users Group has grown in leaps and bounds. With members from all over the state, the group meets regularly to share the love of LEGO bricks, plan events and encourage builders and collectors to have fun and be creative.  The group is open to builders of all ages and skillsets. They are committed to sharing the joy of LEGO with the community and members have participated in local exhibitions, STEM classes, leadership training workshops and other events. 

501st Legion Appearance - Timberline Garrison.  Since 1997, the 501st Legion has been dedicated to re-creating film-quality costumes of the “villainous” characters of the Star Wars galaxy and entertaining Star Wars fans with their public appearances and has become a leading force in fan-based charity events around the world. The Timberline Garrison serves as the local "Chapter" of the 501st for Idaho and Montana. 

Rebel Legion. Serving members of the Rebel Legion in Idaho and Montana Takodana Base features costumes of the heroes of Star Wars. We’re thrilled to participate in the Boise Comic Arts Festival.  


JUMP Outdoor Park: Front Lawn 

1:00 p.m.-2:30 p.m. Wrestle Club. Wrestle Club is Idaho's first and only pro wrestling organization. Wrestle Club has partnered with 18 various local non-profit programs such as the Special Olympics and Salvation Army. You can catch Wrestle Club on local TV on Cable One on channel 64 as well as Roku! Our ring is pink and black! A 16' x16' ring and the wrestling we do is similar to WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment). We are kid friendly and have support from our community. If you have yet to watch Wrestle Club live, please attend one of their FREE events! 


JUMP Outdoor Park: Library Tent

10:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Board Game Swap. Do you have board games you never play? Want to try something new? Exchange your old games for new ones at the Boise Comic Arts Festival’s Board Game Swap! By donating your used or new games to the library, you’ll get tickets you can redeem at the board game swap to pick up games donated by others. Visit for details.

Calling all cosplayers! This cosplay competition is for participants of all ages and experience. Your cosplay could win fame, glory, and of course— prizes.
