Home-Based Services
Our Home-based Services team makes regular deliveries to library members who are unable to visit our locations. We serve residential communities, public housing, and individuals and their caregivers.

To sign up, complete the online form at the bottom of this page, or download the paper application and mail it to 715 S. Capitol Blvd. Boise, ID 83702, Attn: Home-based Services.

Once you sign up, our Home-based Services team will call you discuss your reading, listening and viewing preferences to help us select items tailored to you.
What do we provide?
Individuals: We will help select items based on your preferences, and deliver your holds directly to you.
Caregivers: We can locate and provide information about illnesses, disabilities, organizations and support groups.
Pop-up Libraries: We serve over 30 residential communities with a pop-up library experience, making it possible for residents to browse regular and large-print books in the comfort of their community. Individual DVDs and books on CD are also available upon request. See residential communities currently served.
